"Khris Washington was absolutely phenomenal.... He really worked his magic with my auto quote and also got me renters insurance with a bundle deal. I went from paying 386 with progressive just auto insurance to now paying 205 with State farm and that's with auto/ renters insurance...... He most definitely put a smile on my and saved me lots of money and I was able to get my renters insurance back. "I must say I was very disappointed how my claim was handled by State Farm Ins., sure filing the claim was easy but the rest of the process was not, it was very daunting. I then googled State Farm Ins companies near me and it led to to a Conway office in which I spoke to BRENDA! WHAT A GODSEND! She literally took over for me and handled the whole process and kept me informed at every turn, I am very grateful for her help. "I was with State Farm for 35 years. However, when they increased their rates ufortunately, I had to switch to progressive, and if anyone has ever dealt with progressive, it is a nightmare.
